8. VAT, Customs, Taxes & Compliance with International Tax Laws

VAT on Digital Services for Non-Resident Digital Service Providers (NDSPs)

As per Republic Act (RA) 12023 and other similar tax laws in different countries, purchases made by customers in countries where Non-Resident Digital Service Providers (NDSPs) are subject to VAT will have VAT added at checkout.

For Customers in the Philippines:

✔ A 12% VAT will be added to your purchase price if you are located in the Philippines, in compliance with RA 12023.
✔ The VAT collected will be remitted to the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
✔ If you are VAT-registered, you are responsible for remitting the VAT yourself under the Reverse Charge Mechanism.

Checkout Transparency:

  • Prices displayed exclude VAT, and applicable VAT will be calculated at checkout.
